"Worry is not preparation."
Love this. If anyone can give me the origin of this quote, please share. It may be C.S. Lewis; I'm happy to attribute proper credit.

The Present Perfect captures how we were in the past; what happened or didn’t happen to us, what we hoped would happen and the possibilities of the future. I am a coach. I believe in the value of embracing what is perfect about the present moment, and using that platform to launch all the possibilities of the future. The path to that embrace comes from the self awareness of who we are and how we got to this present, perfect place. You don’t believe the present is perfect? Check it out.
